Forged steel thrust and Taper Roller Bearing Caster (TTR)
It is forged steel castor in which Steel balls are replaced by
Bearings. Thrust bearing (Size 51113) takes the vertical loads and
Taper Roller Bearing (Size 30204) takes the axial loads. Castor is
fitted with a single piece King Pin and ¾� Chuck Nut. Replacement of
Steel Balls with Ball Bearing gives a free movement to the castor,
which makes the rotation of trolley smooth even at heavy loads.
It is a perfect castor for heavy loads and where the trolley is hand towed as it gives minimum labor fatigue.
Load carrying capacity 1 ton to 5 ton per castor.
